My passion is connecting with women, just like you! I find joy in holding space for transformational healing to take place and allow you to feel held, cared for and beautiful from the inside out. I truly believe that beauty is a frequency, we can only look and feel as beautiful as we embody on the inside. And from this belief I have birthed my business The Frequency Facialist
With sixteen years of experience and counting, from the very beginning I had a love for performing skin treatments. These sessions have always allowed me to connect with my clients in a deep, intimate way. Always working at the crown of the head, I believe that over time it awakened my ability to read into emotional states and tune into exactly what my client needs. As my curious mind continuously loves to explore new ways to expand my knowledge, I began to dive into the world of energy work and sound therapy. This is what I want to share with the world, an embodiment of the wisdom I carry transformed into rituals that nourish both skin & spirit.

I welcome you to lay on a warm healing mat made of crystals. This mat is a treatment on its own but comes complimentary with your visit to amplify the experience.

Buccal Massage
Also referred to as intra-oral massage meaning in the mouth. By massaging internally we engage with muscles you cannot connect with externally. This technique relieves facial tension which can lead to expression lines. This technique is also great for relieving jaw pain associated with TMJ. We tend to hold lots of stress and emotions along with physical tension in our faces. This technique allows for ease & release physically, emotionally and mentally.
Gua-Sha
An ancient technique used as an alternative method to naturally lift and sculpt the facial contours. Using gentle scraping & sweeping motions to facilitate lymphatic flow and to improve the skin's circulation & vitality. The benefits include reduced puffiness, detoxification, tension and stress relief. Due to the energetic nature of the gua sha tools themselves it is believed to release stagnant life force energy also known as Qi. Within my treatment room I work with gua sha stones made from white jade, rose quartz, dalmatian jasper and terahertz which all have their unique properties.
Facial Cupping
This technique stimulates the micro-circulation within the skin to increase blood flow, enhance lymphatic drainage and encourage collagen production. Sound Therapy
Biofield Tuning (60 mins - $100)
A technique using medical/scientific grade tuning forks to balance the energy centers also known as the chakras. This session is designed to create harmony within the energetic body. A complete sequence is performed working on both the front and back body to address imbalances and blockages within the biofield (the energy field extending around our body). A range of benefits are reported such as reduction in stress and anxiety, improved emotional regulation, enhanced mental clarity, increased energy levels and improved sleep quality.
Sound Bath 1:1 (45 mins - $111)
Just like a musical instrument our body’s can get out of tune, sound healing helps to recalibrate and harmonizes our energetic field. Every cell in your body vibrates at a certain frequency which can either be in harmony or disharmony reflecting a healthy state or a state of dis-ease. Sound therapy influences brainwaves associated with deep relaxation through the process of brainwave entrainment. The strong resonant sounds of the crystal bowls allow one's own innate healing abilities to be activated and creates an environment where optimal self healing can take place. Common benefits reported are stress reduction, reduced pain & tension, decreased anxiety and calming of the nervous system promoted by deep relaxation.
